Im sorry you felt that way by ME!! As me being manager I HAVE NOT EVER BEEN RUDE TO MY CUSTOMERS BECAUSE THEY ARE WHO MAKE MY JOB IMPORTANT AND WHAT KEEPS MY STORE OPEN I HAVE REGULARS THAT COME IN EVERYDAY AND LOOK FOWARD TO ME HELP AS WELL AS MY STAFF ... I went into the new store in Taylor and was very excited to finally have a location close to home. However that all changed very quickly when I asked Annette for assistance. She had a horrible attitude and was very snoody! I spend too much money at this store to be treated this way. I will gladly drive the extra 20 minutes to the Pflugerville location to avoid having to be "helped" by her!!! Thanks for ruining my day. And by the way, I'm not the only one who has had an issue with her. A couple of my friends said she was the same way with them. Looks like well all be going to Pflugerville from now on!!
