this company refuses to be open hours to service the public for recovery of your vehicle. Don't trust them they act like they are trying to keep you vehicle by holding it as long as they can to put a lein on your vehicle then take your vehicles title. The manager Alex refuse several times to make arrangements for me to come at 11 am to noon to get my vehicle . I had told him several times I work 3 pm to 1130 pm and need to pick my vehicle up before I went to work but he did not care and hung up on me.
