Use another medical supply company! The girl in the office told me I could not get my old c-pap machine replace through medicare when the humidifier quit. She said "Lots of people have to use it without a humidifier!". I have changed to a much nicer company who says I can have a new machine since mine is over 5 years old and broken. This girl was snotty every time I called this office. I ( and you) do not deserve to be treated this way. There are several companies in this area who still take Medicare so please shop around...I am so glad I did.
