I recently traded a S&W compact M&P 9mm for a Glock 17 9mm Gen 4. I was very happy with the customer service provided by both Russ and Heidi during the entire process. During the trade, I left my S&W with Russ and waited for his call to tell me that my new Glock was in. When I went into the shop to pick up the Glock, Russ told me that the S&W I had traded in was defective. He showed me the problem with the trigger mechanism. The S&W had never been fired and was still in the box. Russ honored our transaction and told me he would send the S&W in for repair (at his cost). Also, My wife recently took Heidi's concealed weapons class and found her to be very friendly and knowledgable. I will definitely continue to do business with Brittons.

Horrible People. I called and asked if they were associated with the archery shop and they immediately became belligerent and rude and hung up on me before I even had a chance to say I am a gun owner, too. Speaks volumes how they are used to treating people. If you like to lay down and take it from jerks like these, this is the store for you.

I have bought several guns and tons of ammo from Russ and Heidi. All were of excellent quality. Have been going there for years and Russ is very knowledgeable, especially in older guns. I don't see he would sell anyone the wrong ammo, nor make it right, as the other review states. I have even sold and traded guns and ALWAYS gotten a fair price. Several family and friends purchase guns there and have had nothing but great experiences. I highly recommend Brittons Guns to buy you next self defense purchase.

IT'S a long story but I will tell it all shortened. I bought my first gun here from Russ the owner. He sold me the wrong ammo for the gun which if fired would have resulted in serious injury to me. He told me it was right ammo for the gun. After many trips back to his store to exchange them, he cheated me on the value of the ammo he originally sold me for the gun I bought from him. He actually gave me less in value than I paid originally. I do not recommend going to this retailer in fact I warn future customers that they will be ripped off by these people.
