I have never failed to be impressed by the magnificent arrangements done by Imaginations in Tannersville. I have used them on many occasions and will continue to do--their professionalism and attention to detail are second to none. Youc an always be assured of a superb arrangement and timely delivery. I would recommend them highly.

I ordered a $40 arrangement for my daughters birthday to be delivered to her place of employment in Swiftwater. I ordered it first thing in the morning and it was delivered by noon which I was pleased to hear until she send me the picture. I had asked for a small round arrangement that would fit nicely on her desk. It was to be slightly monochromatic and sophisticated. I wanted some roses in it but I was told for $40 I could only have one, which she had to get special permission for. I thought that was odd but I didn’t worry as Imaginations has a good reputation and I expected my daughter would receive a quality and artful arrangement.

The photo however showed a round arrangement full of cheap mums and filler flowers with one out of place rose the colors were a tacky mish mosh that could never be mistaken for monochromatic. If that weren’t enough, it was flat on one side.

I sent an email to Imaginations and stated my disappointment. I recovered a reply a couple days later from Jim. It was little more than, “I’m sorry you didn’t like the flowers but too bad”. If he would have said he’d take $5 off my next order that would have been enough to make amends.

In light of his carelessness in floral arrangement and customer relations Imaginations will be relieved of my future business.

This florist is notorious for ...

This florist is notorious for high prices - and some think you get what you pay for but I disagree in this case. My mother recently sent flowers to me for my birthday. I didn't have a complaint, I was happy to receive flowers, but when I sent a pic of them to her with a thank you she was very unhappy (which I now understand completely). It was 40% as nice as the arrangements you could have bought on-line for the same price. She asked for a monochromatic arrangement, it contained 5 colors (white, peach, green, yellow, bright pink). It ought to have been a pave arrangement, but it definitely had a flat side and was much better placed against a wall rather than used as a centerpiece. Add to that price a $15 delivery fee for a 3 mile drive to my company (from which this florist receives a LOT of business) and I feel awful that she wasted her money like that. I'll let my mother review their disgraceful customer service skills and the response she received regarding her disappointment.
