This company is contracted with United Healthcare via the Medicaid system and also with CARES; this company does not offer good customer service, they don't keep client(s) updated with changes when an aide calls off, they want to argue with the client or their representative. They can't fill last minute changes to schedule when an aide calls off or for any schedule change at all whether it is the aide or client. They have forgotten the 'golden rule', that "the customer is always right"!!!! I even spoke with VP of the company who runs the Fl division; he was even condescending to me. I was not very kind because when you cross me or don't treat me the way I am to be treated as a customer/client/representative of client, I will lash back and fight for my rights or in this case my mother's rights!!!! The law gives us "Bill of Rights" when it comes to your health or anything else. I was originally with this office and then after complaining of the verbal tone from one of their scheduling coordinators from the Wesley Chapel/New Port Richey Office, the division VP transferred service to the Tampa office. Again the scheduling coordinator wanted to argue with me instead of saying "how can we fix this?", she wanted to ignore my requests. They don't treat their aides properly or give proper acknowledgement/raises to those who have done well for their clients. They gave their aides a Christmas gift that only cost them probably a $1.00, it was such a cheap item that it expressed such disgust for their employees. Watch your medications and jewelry
