Brought a sub amp last year and it took them 6 months to inform me that they cannot figure out what's wrong with it, I paid cash they refunded me with a check after telling me the couldn't find my amplifier so I waited almost an hour. Well after a year I found a replacement amp and began to do the swap when I noticed parts were missing, a ceramic capacitor was damaged, wires cut and re-soldered on the wrong side of the circuit board, so I called and whomever answered the phone very rudely, no one has touched this amp but them, I purchased it from amazon new. This place is slow, unprofessional, and scam artists!
Talked to glen and I asked where the missing parts were and he stated "I ate them" he also refused to let me record the conversation.

I had a problem with an old subwoofer. I spoke with Randall and he spent a lot of time and effort to find an answer that most likely won't result in their making any money. He knew this from the start but was completely professional and went out of his way to help. I would definitely recommend them.
