we called for a septic system and septic tank to be emptied. they sent an old man who cleaned the line charged us $150.00 and told us that the tank is full and they do not empty septic tanks.
i tried several times to call the local number but all of a sudden no one is answering or they hang up after the phone rings.
this was the worst service and waste of $150.00

I use Roto-Rooter whenever I have a plumbing issue including changing faucets and fixing drips. Always on time, professional.

I recently used your service for stopped up drains in my moblehome, The plumber you sent was Petrit Bako. He was very knowledgeable and helped me understand the cost as that was a worry for me being on a fixed income. He opened my drains and explained the problems as he went along. Hopefully I will not have to call back but if I ever need your service again, I will be sure to call you first. Very unprofessional scheduling person, also didn't understand difference between a sewer line compared to a kitchen drain! 1 star is too high

Had new sink put in in kitchen, called Roto Rooter for another reason to fix toilet, asked plumber to reconnect sink, garbage disposal and dishwasher while he was there, he did in timeh for guest that I had coming that evening. It was great as I thought that the sink installers were going to do this.

They were quick and got the job done!

Job was done poory and unnesscary damage was done to my house which they refused to fix as they refused to cam my 4 inch cvc pipe which would of allowed them to know the 4inch pipe came inside my house thus no need for the 6 hours of work to demo the side of my stone fireplace causing 1000 dollars of damage and then bating and swtich us on finance as thery promosed zero intrest and we found out after we had 14 percent intrest we had bid for the job a 3000 less but we went with roter router due to the free intrest

I made an appointment because I had a bad leak.They said they were coming between 5-8pm. They called at 4pm and asked if they could come sooner. I said I would be home at 4:30pm. They said they would come between 4:30-6:30pm. They didn't show. I called at 7pm and they told me they would not be able to come. If I didn't call, I would not have known they were not coming. They should have called instead of having me wait at home with a bad leak that caused my wood floors damage. I will never call them again.
