Established a personal relationship for the borrower and myself. Keep up the good work.

If I had a question, or if Janine had a question for me, she responded to me very promptly. She answered all (I had a lot) questions and she disclosed all information to me in a timely manner as well. She was up front with me at times when she didn't believe my loan would be approved. When I was ready to throw in the towel she encouraged me not to and to let her do her job. She was very, very patient and extremely knowledgeable.

Jamie's professional service was amazing and even though we were working on a difficult transaction (a 203k), it went very smoothly! His team was outstanding. I truly enjoyed working with the Prospect team and look forward to doing so again.

We the customers were heard, our needs addressed, dealt with honestly and fairly. Always kept in the loop and where we were with the loan and what documents were required. Jamie, Tricia and our agent, Leigh Anne, were top-notch and it has been an honor to work with them as a team! It would be incredibly hard to top our first-rate customer service experience!
