The vet was very nice and I was very appreciative of his time and knowledge and he was so great with my dog, Bella- So was his assistant. Thank you so much for your excellent staff!

The staff is professional,courteous and friendly. The only issue I have with this service is the cost. I would like to stay with North Bay Animal & Bird Hospital, however, may not be able to afford it.

Service and care are always great! I just wish Dr. Helmer would be at Temple Terrace or Pebble Creek on a Saturday occasionally, but I am glad to have the convenience of weekend appointments, even if the drive is a little farther. Thank you!

I came in as an urgent care and it was the best service I have ever received even though it wasn't "That" urgent it was the only way to get in the same day without an appointment. Dr. Helmer is a very straight forward and it was the only way to get in the same day without an appointment. Dr. Helmer is a very straight forward and doesn't try to do tests that are unreasonable/unecessary but does give all options in a logical and compassionate manner. Thank you.

Your true care and concern for my pet is amazing. You give the same care and attention you would a human and realize these are our "babies." The knowledge you provide and care in their healthy hat you provide, added to the warmth and love you give while our kids are vaisiting you, is truly appreciated. Few places provide real value to the amount of the service and while financially it's a bit of a struggle sometimes, the value is more than worth it!

We refer you to EVERYONE that we know who owns a pet! Branka loves you guys, and so do we. Your office and staff are truly a blessing, and the quality of our pets' lives (and therefore, ours) has been greatly improved due to the incredible care and expertise of your staff. Should you ever need a public testimonial, we will gladly stake our reputation on yours.

Everyone we had contact with was friendly and helpful. The doctor answered our questions and listened to what we had to say, which was very refreshing. We enjoyed out visit and will be making regular trips here. Thank you for your excellent service.

This is a great place! The front office staff is always friendly and polite. They greet me when I arrive EVERY time. The availability of sodas/water and the Otis cookies is a nice touch. The exam rooms are always clean.The staff is very compassionate with my pet. They take care of my pet the entire time they are in the room. Dr. Adler, and all the Drs, are very knowledgeable and make themselves available for follow-up questions any time. Finally, the office hours are very convenient. I never have to wait very long for an appt time.

Moved here from out of state. Bill for recent visit would have been half as much as old vet from out of state. I will be therefore searching for more affordable care. The recommendations seemed overboard and the expense for said recommendations is extreme. The staff is friendly and helpful but the cost makes it almost unaffordable to even own a pet. Sorry, price matters as well as quality of care.

The staff was wonderful and it is nice to know that when we are away that our pet is being taken care of so well.

You have taken care of all my cats since we moved here in 1995 would not think of going anywhere else. Bailey is lucky to have you so close although he is a good passenger in the car

Would like to thank the doctors for keeping me posted on my dog's condition while he was in the hospital for two days. Appreciate their time.

Everyone was friendly and patient. We would have liked to discuss more at home options and not be made to feel that leaving her overnight was the ONLY option. As a (human) healthcare provider I understand that all information- even worst case- must be presented, however I almost felt uncomfortable and judged when I stated my husband and I decided to watch our dog at home instead of admitting her. I understand we are new to this office, but I have been dealing with her health issues for years and feel comfortable monitoring her at home.

It is always great to see everyone here, they are so kind and great with the pets and owners! My pets love coming here, I can't express how much love and care they receive when coming here! Thank you so much!

My dog Primo and I travel for one hour to your clinic, passing at least 10 other vets alogn the way, why? One reason.. Dr. Helmer. Dr. Helmer is what every veternarian should be; extremely knowledgeable, thorough, kind, compassionate and most of all takes time to answer my many questions without ever rushing us. Dr. Helmer is the best of the best in his profession.

Dr. Helmer is the epitome of a veterinarian and humanitarian. He always takes time to explain the science (no matter how rudimentary) to us, to enable us to be better educated pet caregivers. No question is stupid; we are always treated with respect. We always leave the clinic with new and useful information. Whenever I am frustrated at the 45- 60 min drive from Gulfport to North Bay, I think of Dr. Helmer's vast store of knowledge and dedication, and I am happy to have access to such a talented and caring individual.
