This guy is a crook. My tower was acting strange, I took it here and left it for a day. He called me the next day and told me I had a bad hard drive and it needed replaced then wanted two hundred and sum dollars to replace it. I told him I wanted a second opinion. He said he would be happy to keep the tower if I wanted to discard it which seemed strange to me...later to realize he just wanted it because there was nothing wrong with it. Took it to another guy and he just ran a program to clean it up from viruses and such. (He only charged me $20) My computer has been running smoothly since and am submitting this review with the very hard drive this guy said was bad. Stay away from here, he's a thief & liar.
