Completely unreliable. Said they would come out and give me a quote. Didn't show up the 1st time, then didn't show up the 2nd time and refused to answer any of the messages I left. If you can't do it, just say so but they wasted over a week of my time. Infuriating!

I was extremely impressed with the friendly professional service man who came to my home. He was efficient, thorough and polite. He stayed at it until he got the job done, picked up and put the old parts in the trash and answered every question I asked. He explained some things I didn't completely understand about my equipment and was a pleasure to work with, as was Bonnie, the owner, in the office. I called on Thursday and had an estimate that day, the work was done on Friday and now it is Saturday and I am ready to swim ...If there are any problems I will follow up but I seriously doubt that there will be. Mr.Garcia really knew what he was doing. He also didn't come in and try to get me to do a lot of unnecessary extras. He showed me anything he found explained it and got it okayed before going ahead. I would highly recommend Michael's Pool Service...Honesty, friendliness, and knowledge...what else can you ask for.

Excellent service: on time, fixed several problems. The cost was reasonable, too. 5 stars.

I want to thank them for coming out on such short notice to replace the pool pump. It really saved the weekend get together with our family. Thanks also for the strawberries!

THEY REALLY HELPED ME UPDATE!!!! COLOR CHANGING LIGHTS, REMOTE CONTROL COMMANDS, AND A NEW HEAT PUMP!! MY POOL IS THE THE TALK OF THE TOWN! PARTYS AT MY HOUSE (POOL) EVERYDAY NOW.MY KIDS AND THERE FRIENDS JUST THINK, IT'S THE COOLEST POOL EVER. THANK YOU, SO MUCH! WE NEVER ENJOYED ARE POOL THIS MUCH! I WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER POOL COMPANY AGAIN! VERY GOOD PRICES AND VERY HONEST!
