This first time I used Max Photo Jay aka Jong did a awesome job. This last time... not so much. I explained what we wanted and after seeing the proof it needed to be changed. I did a proof of my own to have him duplicate and asked that he send me his 2nd proof before he printed it. well he didn't and it got down to the wire of when we needed it and he said it would look just like my proof. Well it didn't!!! After my sister in law picked it up we all agreed it was too late to get it fixed for the Celebration of Life we were having. It is sad to say that I emailed Jay to let him know our disappointment and he had NO reply!!!! I will now go out and purchase my own picture editing software and have our canvas pictures done somewhere else. I believe he rushed thru this at the last minute and did not care how it came out. this is not the person I care to use for the most precious photos that we may need in life. So long Jay aka Jong!!! you won't see us around again!!!!
