Ladies did a very good job.

Overall good work

While I find all of your employees to be professional and do their job well, one of the ladies that came to clean yesterday was quite outstanding. I do not know her name but she was blonde -- her attention to detail and thoroughness was fantastic. She truly exemplifies what it means to care about one's work and do it to the best of one's ability. Just wanted to give you some positive feedback
