I brought my computer to this place almost 1 month ago because my screen was going white and it also has few lines on it so they replaced it and got it back the next day because I need it for school work , they gave me a year warranty and so far my computer is working perfectly . I really recommend this place their time management was great and the service Excellent A++.

Mi familia y yo somos cleintes desde que Laptop clinic o conocido anteriormente como PCRS comenzaron a brindar servicios en brandon y sus servicios ha sido EXCELENTE y no los cambiaria por que son muy concientes de su trabajo y nunca he tenido que regresar por segunda vez con el mismo problema. El dueño y los tecnicos de esta empresa son unas personas honestas, responsables y muy profesionales, su buena atencion a sus cleintes a ayudado al crecimiento de esta empresa. My family and I have been customer since they started to provide services in Brandon, their service and time frame are Excellent , I never have any problem with this company ,they are responsible , Honest and very profesionals. When we get our computer fix ,we never have to call twice or come back again for the same problem. i know the owner of the company personally and i know for a fact he is the one for the job on any repair and if he cant fix it he will find a way to make you happy. he is NOT trying to rip off any of his customers at all he only tells the truth for what he thinks is going on. if you need to know something about your laptop or desk top Juan and his partners know what they are doing when it comes to fixing them. trust them and they will never send you wrong direction.

Avoid this store. Took in a 4 year old laptop for repair. After a $45 diagnosis , they said it was not cost effective to fix it, offered to keep it for parts in exchange for the diagnosis fee. I took it to Brandon Computer Repairs for a second opinion, paid no diagnosis fee, and they repaired it for $90.00. Laptop Clinic is either a ripoff or incompetent. I recommend Brandon Computer Repairs in Providence Square.

The place smells bad and they have the worst customer service, They only want your money and if you have any problems they will not help you or give you your money back. They are not a real store, they try to rip their customers off. Do not go here.
