Installed circular driveway. Rushed me to do it and said there was no need for a permit which was false. 3 years later cracks everywhere (and now needs to be removed) yet the original driveway which was installed when house built in 1970 is crack free. Just dont do it. Get a real contractor and get it permitted.

IN February 2011 Keith designed a front patio for our home in South Tampa. The design is beautiful but has many flaws. Within a year the deck began to crack because expansion joints were not added to the plan. The deck is not angled correctly to compensate for water drainage and water pools in a large area. I called Keith numerous times during the first year to repair the problems, but Keith never responded. I had the necessary City of Tampa building permits but don’t count on them to insure that the construction is done properly, that’s not their job. Their job is to collect the building permit fees and that’s it. Your job is to make sure the job is done right, even if you don’t have construction experience. If you have a project you want done correctly, use someone who knows what they’re doing, not Keith.

Keith’s Concrete did an excellent job replacing the sidewalk in front of our house. My overall experience with the company was great. Showed up promptly to provide a quote. The price for the work was economical. The installation team was very professional and courteous. The job was completed on time. We have gotten may complements on how nice the new sidewalk looks.

Keith designed a great patio in front of our house. He completed the job in a short amount of time and for a good price. We do have a problem with a crack in the concrete which he said he would fix. That was several months ago. I have not heard from him since. I will not use his services again.
