great place to receive help with Trap and release program and help low income people provide food for their pets. They also have a large area where cats can be on patios instead of in cages.

how funny they are always to busy to take care a dog or to answer the phone i will not recommend this place for nothing...

STAFF VERY RUDE.LIE,HELENA TOLD ME THAT THEY DID NOT ACCEPT THE BREED OF MY DOG AND ALSO DON'Y HAVE SPACE.LATER,I CHECK IN THE COMPUTER AND HAD DOGS OF THE SAME BREED AND WERE ASKING FOR DOGS,THAT MEANING THEY HAD SPACE.

I WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY AND WERE VERY RUDE,HORRIBLE STAFF,DO NOT DESERVE TO WORK IN A PLACE LIKE THAT,WHERE THE EMPLOYEES,FIRST,MUST HAVE GOOD HEART AND FEELINGS,WHICH THEY DO NOT HAVE.....SHOULD PUT THEMSELVES IN THE PLACE OF EACH OWNER.

IN MY CASE I RESCUE MY DOG,AND NOT WANTED TO GIVE AN ADOPTION,BUT WAS OBLIGED TO DO SO,AND I FELT MUCH PAIN FOR THAT,AND THE TREATMENT THAT I RECEIVED IN HUMAN SOCIETY IN TAMPA BAY WAS VERY UNPLEASANT,I LEFT EVEN WITH MORE PAIN
