I give this place a zero zero on customer service. I went in with my prescriptions and my insurance card and the pharmacist a black male told me that t if I have insurance and my doctor does not take insurance that my insurance will not pay for my medicine which is not true.. that is only for medicaid which I do not have. Then the woman who she said she does the billing she laughed at me and said I don't know what I am talking about she bills the ins. Co. And that my current pharmacy will not get paid.. another false statement so then the pharmacist went on to say well I will fill all of your other prescriptions on your insurance which I will name a few lunesta, celebrex, niacin and I will give you a good deal on cash price for your oxycodone and oxycontin... which is TOTALLY ILLEGAL to fill some of my scripts on insurance and charge me cash for the others... and earlier he told me that if my doctor don't take my insurance that my ins. Will not pay well I have his entire conversation recorded and I will and am going to involve the dea the insurance comm. The better bussiness and I am contacting the local news I have a friend that is a customer there and my frriend is also working with authorities to bring this place down they are crooks criminals they are what you call legal drug dealers. They charge a cash price of $8.00 a pill for oxycodone and they fill some scripts on ins. And charge cash for the pain meds. To people who are disabled and who are on fixed incomes. This man contacted my doctor regarding one of my prescriptions and now I am being inconvienced and I am not even his customer. He is mad because I recorded him and he is doing illegal business this pharmacy needs to be shut down and he needs to be put in jail. I will not stop untill something is done
