Horrible Customer Service!!!

I called the store today (6/13/10) looking for a specific shoe. I bought two pairs of the same shoe just three days ago for my two sons. My husband loved them so I thought I would surprise him with a pair today. I guess I didnt talk fast enough or get the name out of my mouth fast enough for the lady who answered the phone because she hung up in my face! When i called back she hung up on me again! I finally called from another number and got through. When I asked to speak to a manager she was the one who took the call. I couldnt believe I was treated like this by the store manager herself!! Her name is VANESSA MORIRRA. I only wanted to know if they had the shoe in stock... I was able to find it at Finishline...
