Avoid these people! My son had his license suspended in Kentucky for a DUI. When he moved here to Tampa with me, we looked for an agency for the DUI class and found DUI counterattack. When my son went to sign up, he was told by some rude Hispanic woman at the front desk that he would need the DUI 2nd offense class, even though that was not what was ordered by the judge in Kentucky, and we had the paperwork to prove it. So he went for the classes anyway, which cost an additional $140, and thought he was done. Wrong! Then they insisted he see a counselor, although he has not had anymore problems for nearly 2 years. Trying to comply, he went to see this "counselor", who insisted he be paid $25 in cash and spent about 10 minutes telling my son he would need 20 more sessions before he would clear his license. When I asked this "counselor" what criteria he was using to justify these additional sessions, he became hostile and told us to "get the hell out of his office".... Very professional! My advice... avoid this shakedown operation if you have ANY other options!

I would definitely not recommend enrollment, of any sort, with regards to DUI Counter Attack, Hillsborough,Inc. My experience with this agency has been nothing short of devastating.

I enrolled and paid $350.00 to DUI Counter Attack after they advised me they would provide out-of-state program requirements (Kentucky) in order for me to obtain my license in Florida. This agency didn't have the professionalism to even check Kentucky's requirements. I attended an approximate (24) hours of class-time, an evaluation & testing.............for absolutely NOTHING. They stole my money and have refused to reinburse me. I have filed a Complaint with the Better Business Bureau (Case No. 67145715).

Caseworkers, instructors, evaluators, all employed with this agency, all throughout this process, gave me false and contradictory information. Run from this agency.............find another.
