We ordered once and our order took over 6 weeks to get to us. We called and emailed several times, getting various answers each time as to where our order was. Finally, we got one person on the phone who apologized up and down and promised our order would arrive in a timely fashion, and sure enough it did. That person promised it would never happen again and to please consider doing business with them again. Well, stupid us...we did. This time we emailed on the 2nd day after ordering asking why the order had not shipped yet. No answer. I called on the 4th day after ordering. I got a snarky representative, who informed me that the order was not going to ship for another week. I asked her to cancel my order and explained why I would no longer be doing business with her company to which she responded..."Thanks for bitching at me, your order is cancelled!" Stay away from this company!
