I had my hair cut for the first time in my life and I did it in Tampa. My friends told me to have a cut and color on my hair for a change and it turned out so good.

I had my very nice hair done less an hour, my friend in Tampa recommended me this salon when I attended my friends wedding in Tampa.

I found Devicci Salon from ratings on the Net, which turned out to be all true. Pepe listened to me, gave me attainable suggestions, and I left with cut and color that is the best since moving to Tampa in 1988. He uses an innovative cutting style that is amazing! Do yourself a favor and RUN, DON'T WALK to this salon and Pepe! In response to the June 2, 2010 review; the atmosphere and salon are peaceful and professional. An easy-to-reach salon with reasonable prices.

I have been searching for someone who I can trust with my hair and decided to go to DeVicci Salon after browsing the web. My appt was with Pepe. I looked absolutely dreadful since I was trying to grow out my highlights but it was my daughter's graduation and I wanted to look good. He recommended several different options to me, gave me some slight highlights and a fabulous cut. It was perfect! Friendly atmosphere and great service...could use a new location but would totally recommend this salon!!!

I was in today to see Pepe. He did lightlights and cut, He did a GREAT job. I have been in FL for only six years, and in Charlotte NC before that. I look for a man to do my hair because as a young child living in Ohio they were the best. The 12 years I was in Charlotte I did not have one person to do my hair. I was always moving around. I am happy with Pepe, and happy he has a new location. He listens to your needs and able to read you when you are not able to explain it yourself. I do not live in Tampa I drive from St.Pete to Tampa (near Skyway) to see him and I will continue to go where he is. He is the total package he can cut (short or long), style, and he can REALLY wash the head he has the magic hands.

I visited Devicci Salon and Pepe cut and colored my hair. The salon is nice and the location was great. He was very professional and took my opinion into consideration. I have been to many salons where I go in for one thing and leave with something totally different. I love my hair and have found a stylist that I will have for life. You should check him out.

Italian hair engineer! The way Pasqual can cut latin, Angol, or any ones hair type is Unbelieveable. He is Edward scissor hands in disguise.

I have never had such a fabulous haircut. I've traveled to many places and had my hair cut in NY and Paris, but Pat really beats them all hands down. He really understands a client's face and hair and cuts accordingly. Truly Tampa's best kept secret. He's a warm guy who is very attentive and definitely knows his job. Fantastic. About 40 people asked me about my hair cut! No exagerration.
