Pedro E. Conde, P.E is the most unprofessional I have dealt with ever.

I contacted him for the first time in August 10/2011 requesting the set of plans and documents for permits for additions and improvements I want to do on my property.

During the first consultation, even when he arrived late, everything seemed a fairy song, attentive, enthusiastic and professional ... the professional that everyone dreams of someday being able to find ... he closed the interview with a flourish, saying: "Your project is as if it were my own." But that was it, from then until now, I had enough trouble to get in touch with him to discuss the details of the project. In fact, after two months I have not even seen a hand drawing of the project in question. It takes a long time before giving up the simple things. But above all things, is very annoying and frustrating the main feature of not answering the phone or text messages. In the very rare case that Mrs. Veronica answers the phone, do not bother to leave a message, as he do not called back anyway.

To make matters worse, if you confront Conde and request a specific result, he feels insulted and leaves the project. So he acted in my case, after two and a half months without tangible results.

I definitely would not recommend Conde Engineering, Inc. to anyone.
