I have visited this restaurant two times and the food was delicious. Also, the environment was pleasant and the service was great.

Visiting from out of town for the Outback Bowl, we were initially directed by the well meaning but ignorant hotel staff to a overpriced, tourist trap with a long wait in Ybor City when we asked for authentic Cuban food. Thanks to a wrong turn we found this gem of a restaurant walking distance from the stadium, very close to the airport area hotels, lots of authentic, real Cuban choices on the menu, friendly and attentive Cuban waitstaff (you can tell by their Spanish, they bite off the ends of certain words and hablan tan rapidamente). This place is the exact opposite of the more popular Gringo City synthetic quasi-Cuban place recommended by the less adventurous, but for those with a palate for ethnic authenticity, we know popular isn't usually good, especially if we're talking about tourists. This place does seem popular among Cubans, and also seems to have become something of a pre-football tradition for a small but informed cadre of loyal and overweight Buccaneers fans. If I lived i
