This is the biggest joke! We are now almost 4 weeks after a move across country and still no oxygen for my 86 year old grandma. I had to spend $1500 to buy a portable concentrator - and after at least 20 hours on hold, waiting, talking to 15 different people in 10 different departments - turns out it was a billing 'glitch' -- guess I'll have to find a different company. I have never seen such bad bad bad customer service in my life!!!!

horrible horrible HORRIBLE!!!! customer service is awful, order accuracy is awful, and timely delivery is awful! if you wish to get yelled at by their customer service reps when requesting items for your loved onE in need, then this is the place for you! did I say HORRIBLE?!!

Their service has been excellent! The office is a long drive from my home but after initial visit they have been able to meet my needs via telephone. Brandon, FL
