I have been going to this place for years and I have never had a problem with any of their work. Quick turn around, even during the busier times of year, and the people there are amazing... always willing to help and very knowledgable about alterations. The bridal portion is great for weddings and showers with reasonable prices too. If you want personal attention and great quality I recommend this shop!

I took a bridesmaid dress in to have the hem taken up. It was there for 2 weeks and when I went to pick it up it had not been touched. I was told to come back the next day. I did so and the dress was done. However, no discount or anything was done to make up for the time I had to take off work and the gas I used to make the trip a second time. They seemed more concerned with making money (because they don't work for free as stated to me by the woman that made the mistake) than their customers' satisfactions. The woman was rude and spoke down to me when it was her own mistake that caused the problem. I would not recommend anyone to go here for anything.
