I chose Air Rescue because a buddy of mine just used them as well, he was telling me about the quality and how thorough they were. So I thought to give them a try and they aren't only quality they are also knowledgeable and helpful.

Very professional from start to finish. Handled everything well; prompt, friendly service will ensure our return.

Air Rescue to the rescue! Late afternoon and my AC was not cooling the house. Steve Wilson was sent to remedy the issue and he identified and diagnosed the problem within moments of arrival. Steve checked and ensured freon levels would be appropriate while the part was on order. When Steve returned to install he checked all systems for proper levels. Thank you all at Air Rescue. 'Twas a Saturday evening when I placed a call to Air Rescue. I was needing my air conditioner serviced and no other companies were available that day. Air Rescue set a same day appt and the technician actually arrived much earlier. The technician, Sean Joyce, was very professional, knowledgeable and very informative. Giovanni an Air Rescue tech has just visited my home for a routine service on my unit. I found him to be a true professional who conducted him mission in a timely manner. I was very happy with the visit and would welcome him back for future visits. He made a professional assement of my system and made recomendations on things they offer along with detailed explainations. I would like to say that the next time your company sends someone out that Giovanni would be my choice. Thanks 534797

The service technician was knowledgeable about my a/c unit and was very courteous. He made some recomendations to help with my unit. Presented me with a contract option for annual services. Job #305706

Call a smaller company. This company was going to charge us $8,800 to replace a heat pump in our home. The price was for a 4 ton 15 SEER unit. I got a Rheem 5 ton 13 SEER unit delivered to my home for just under $3,000, and am installing it myself. I'm sure I could have called a local contractor to come and install it for $300 - $400. I am also sure that ARS would be paying less for the unit than I did. I understand that they have overhead, and that they have to make a profit, but 45% - 70% above their expenses? That seems a bit steep to me. Especially during a recession. Go with a smaller company. They may not offer all of the guarantees that ARS offers, but they will honor the manufacturers warranty, and you will be paying half the price, if not less, than what ARS or many of the other big guys will charge you.

Received horrible service from them. Their guarantee is worthless since they do not honor it. Not one person I dealt with at this company dealt with me in a straightforward, honest manner. The technician left my air conditioner in worse shape than when it was when he arrived. This company has a C- rating at the BBB, and after having just had them "fix" my a/c, I wonder why the rating is even that high. They do not have straightforward pricing, like their site says, either. Do yourself a favor and avoid them - check the BBB, and get references from people you know and trust!

Very unprofessional. Never filed a notice of commencement. Never did inspections. When the inspection did happen it was because the city sent a notice that their permit was going to expire soon. Even then, I had to contact them.



When the inspection was done, I was informed that the unit outside was never secured properly. Thankfully we didn't have a bad hurricane season!



The unit inside was installed correctly but it was not the best job done. Very sloppy work. They were NOT on time as their policy guarantees. The first time they came out they brought the wrong unit. One of the missed appointments was followed up with a phone call the NEXT DAY explaining why they were a "no show" and when they promised to be out in a certain time they were late, and didn't get done until the following day.



No permit was posted. No manual or instructions were left for the unit.



Currently the unit tells me that I need to change my air filter, when I actually just put a new air filter in, so it's not even accurate after all of this hassle.
