They have cancelled one appointment and a no show for the 2nd appointment. Have called and e-mailed no response. Going with another company now that I have wasted two weeks with these idiots. Nothing reliable about them!

Reliable Sceens is anything but reliable. I scheduled repairs almost a month out only for a no show, and I had to call them to see where they were and if they had forgotten my appointment. 2 hours later the owner, Tom, called telling me they were still working on their job from the day before (not that he would call me the day before that they would be late so i wouldn't waste the day home from work!) and wouldn't be able to "fit me in" until late in the afternoon... Instead I came home (after asking they don't do any work at my house while I was not there) the two workers cleaning up. Only they didn't finish the job, and had I not walked in while they were there to catch the mistake it would have meant yet another day I would have had to miss from work! Reliable = Unreliable.
