office was very clean, the staff was very warm and inviting. Had my cleaning done the same day as my first appointment. Just awesome, very happy

The day the crown got put in it started rocking, the next day it fell out. I called and told the young lady that answered that i had an emergency and the crown fell out, she said there was no dentist on a Wednesday, even though their website clearly states they are open for business 9-8. I had to go to another dentist and pay $45 for a temporary crown. Took back the crown and explained to her that the other dentist said the measurements is off on the crown and that it didnt fit and she still wanted to glue the crown into my mouth and stated she didnt do refund. In addition the amount that the insurance said i should pay was way off than the amount that she charged me. So i demanded a refund, she then told me she dont do refunds. In addition the equipment she was using in my mouth was full of rust. The doctor was REJANE RAMEAU
