Best professional and honest service, very informative and to the point.Our only regret is that we haven't met him earlier in our lives. We wasted our time & $$ by being led by franchise tax shops, some tax attorneys and accountants. At the beginning these other "professionals" that promised the world, appeared to be inexpensive and turned out to be very costly, not only in fees, due to lack of thorough professional advise, cost us penalties besides the related headaches.S.
