This place is ridiculous and the wrong to have rifle parts shipped to. Its been a month and im still waiting for any kind of respond to my phone calls, voicemails, or emails for the return of the lower part for an AR so i can get my money refunded how can they do business doing this to people

Do yourselves a favor and go anywhere else but Ed's

I purchased a firearm on line Monday, 8/15/16 from Ed's on line. They were closed. . I got a call from my FFL dealer in VA that the firearm arrived Thursday, 8/18/2016! I had already gotten an e-mail Wednesday from Ed's letting me know they had the FFL and were shipping the firearm! The is what I call customer service! I will us Ed's again. Great job thanks! And I love my new firearm!
