Can you write zero stars on something? Ship your mail somewhere else. Ruins the USPS name. Left me notice they attempted to ship, when I was home all day and didn't get anything. So I go and take the slip. Couldn't find it, couldn't find it. But the carrier would deliver the next day and Chris would call me. No call, no package. I come back a couple days later they still can't find it. Told me it was delivered. I said no key was left in my mail back for the parcel mailbox. No one came to my door. Told me to come back with the tracking number. It's an international package as well. I finally find the US tracking number and turns out they returned it to sender. Only was kept at the post office for 2 days. Terrible customer service. Chris was trying to fix someone else's screw up (thank you chris for helping) All this time, I've spend 45 minutes waiting just to get to the front of the line because there's only two people working and there's a line to the door.

This post office literally SUCKS! I have read over 40 reviews about this post office losing packages. My package to my daughter said her Christmas package had been delivered but when she got home, there was no package, we believe it had been stolen when left on the steps because it wouldn't fit into the mailbox. WRITE THE CONGRESSMAN if you are having same issues with the 32304 Post Office, his name is Rep. Alan Williams and his fax number is 850-922-2096. Write him and let him know his post office is either stealing packages or his mailperson is not caring that they are delivering packages and leaving them where they can be stolen. Because it was stolen, not lost by the PO, they will NOT pay back for the contents even though I had insurance on the package! I WILL NEVER USE THE USPS AGAIN! FED EX OR UPS ONLY FOR ME. If I could give a 0 for a rating I would!

Terrible service the lines are long and only one person is working at the desk. Just bad for business

Terrible, terrible customer service. Flat out refused to look for a missing package for me, kept telling me to "wait until tomorrow." My package was URGENT and shipped overnight, and was already late by two days. The people at the global USPS customer service center were far more helpful than anyone in this office.

tried to check in on a package that was supposed to be delivered to my house but was to big for the mailbox. i recieved an email notification letting me know, and it instructing me to take the notification left in my mail box to the branch listed on it for pickup. there was no notification. i had to go thru the main branch of the area to track down my package. they directed me towards the w pensacola st office. i called ahead to see if it was there. the man who answered the phone wouldnt help me, and told me it would probably be sorted and delivered tomorrow. he seemed irritated that i would even asking about my mail. this was friday. saturday i went in in person to pick it up. the branch closed at 12:00. i was physically in the office at 11:52. they told me they were closed and kicked me out. now i have to wait til monday after class to pick up a package i should have had friday.

Everytime I've ever called this place, whoever answers the phone is always really rude and impatient. They get upset if you try to ask more than one question and barely let you finish the first one.
