DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR HERE!! You will thank me later. The guys up front are very polite and courteous and seem knowledgeable but do not trust them. I took my 08 F150 up to get a flow-master muffler welded in place of my stock muffler using my stock tailpipe. I explained to the guy up front that I had a 2.5 inch stock exhaust size and I would like a 2.5 inch in/out flow-master welded in place. He proceeded to tell me that he only had a 2.25 muffler available and then he got under my truck and told me that I actually had 2.25 inch exhaust. I knew this was not the case and explained I wanted a 2.5 inch muffler. He welded up a 2.25 inch muffler and 2.25 pipe and welded it all together to my stock 2.5 inch tailpipe. The next day I got under my truck and discovered that I had three exhaust leaks and the muffler they installed had a hole in the top of it and was actually an old used muffler that they spray painted silver to look new. I called them and he told me he would weld the hole in the top of the muffler so it would leak and that's all he could do. What a rip off!! These guys will take your cash and perform crap work and sale you used parts for the same price as new!!! BEWARE!!

This would be my recommendation to anyone looking for car repair. What a nightmare! I had my '96 Corvette in for engine diagnosis, and what I got in return was additional damage. One of the members of their staff, David, was kind throughout my interaction with them, but I see why they have him deal with customers. The owner, Jack, when confronted with pictures of damage to the front end of the car (taken in the lot of their shop as I was getting it towed to someone who knew what they were doing) squirmed around for a bit as he first tried to tell me that he could not be held accountable for the treatment of vehicles in his care. Then, after he saw that was not going to work, attempted a bribe in the amount of my diagnostic as I quote "So, would about $150 make this all go away?". Finally, after assuring him that the repairs to my car would likely cost more, he accused me of trying to scam him. I suspect that this is his pre-prepared way of dealing with accidental damage, and now I have no choice be to take him to small claims court. This was likely an accident by one of the mechanics that either the owner may or may not have known about (I suspect he did know now that I have been treated this way in person). The damage to the hood looks like it must have been done WITH THE ENGINE EXPOSED, as the lower left corner is bent outward.I want to stress that this not be taken as an isolated incident of a personal dispute (I have only talked to Jack in person once) but more a reflection of how a customer was treated when things go wrong around the shop. It's all well and good to read reviews of customers who had a good experience when things go as expected, but a true test of integrity is how customers are treated when accidents happen. And in this case, they proved to be crooks. As advice to anyone taking a car in for work, take pictures before and afterword, while at the shop itself. I will be posting this around the review sites as a courtesy to potential customers.

Friendly, dependable, always done the job right and stands behind what they do. None better in Tallahassee and they work on mostly anything. Good prices too.
