Not so impressed..and they HATE LG

We had to call several times to get a status on our repair. The woman who answered the phone had a bad attitude and during the conversation declared that she "hates LG (the brand)" and continued to be huffy and rude on the phone. The machine got fixed, but it didn't have to be this unpleasant.
