As a real estate professional I highly recommend RBP Maintenance and Painting. Frank and his staff are highly skilled craftsmen who are very knowledgeable when comes to home repairs of all types. We use his services for our rental property in Tallahassee. As a remote property manager, I often trust Frank and his staff’s excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor to work directly with our tenants to understand their maintenance needs. We have used many of RBP Maintenance’s services; RBP has completed everything from routine maintenance requests, to a subfloor repair, to interior painting, to exterior painting and pressure washing on this property. All jobs were completed correctly the first time in a professional and timely manner. All of the quotes for maintenance services were professionally prepared and accurate to the penny. I have never paid more than was originally quoted or been hit with hidden charges or fees after the job was completed. He has often found ways to save us money. I found RBP Maintenance on Facebook and I am so glad that we did. We needed the exterior of our house painted and some wood rot repaired. They were amazing! They arrived early every day and stayed late to ensure they finished timely and did such an amazing job!
