Proctor Acura is great to deal with. I just leased my 7 th Acura from them and have used them for over 15 years. They are consistently helpful and customer focused. Their service department is always helpful and through. I really enjoy dealing with Proctor.

I purchaesd my 2010 Acura MDX new from Proctor Acura in 2009 and have used them for all of my service needs. Charles has always treated me like a special customer and I have noticed that he treats all of his customers this way. A refreshing experience. Everything I needed was done while I waited a short one hour. Exceptionally good for the amount of servicing I had done. I highly recommend Proctor Acura and will most likely purchase my next, and future new vehicles from them.

They are always friendly and helpful and explain any issues if applicable. They have always been prompt and I trust the work that they do. My car is 11 years old and runs just as well as if it were brand new. Proctor Acura has gone out of their way to make sure that I feel safe in my vehicle and not ever having to worry about the reliability of my car is worth its weight in gold.
