Very professional! I was given a very reasonable quote by a young man that was kind, professional and friendly! He took his time and I didn't feel rushed. I've even been impressed with my communication on the phone. All my questions were answered promptly and all my phone calls were answered in a timely fashion. Moving is stressful for anyone and it was really nice to have people that cared... And the prices for great service is reasonable! Highly recommend their services!

Moved from Miami to Tallahassee for college. Pinkys Moving did a great job handling my move. I hate moving and I have to say this was the most trouble free move I have ever experienced. Being a student got me a discount that made the cost of my move lower than I was quoted by any other moving company I called. I would tell a friend to use them for their moving needs.

I contacted them during one of the busiest move times of the year. They were fast, careful and nice. They treated my belongings and furniture with respect. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs movers.

Wow if I told you every thing that went wrong while they were moving us you would run for your life! They are nice people but the worse movers you will even encounter. They didn't show up!!!! When I got a hold of them the next day they came four hours later then ran into our car with the truck (!!!) and dropped our washer while unloading it from the truck. And that's the short version. I hate to write bad reviews but really wish i read this before i chose that company.....

THEY DIDNT EVEN SHOW UP!! They were scheduled to come to my house to give me a quote. I left work early, picked up my baby at daycare rushed home to meet my husband who left in the middle of work to be there when they showed as well. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. No call to cancel or reschedule. I called that night and left a message with no return call. If this is how they do business I won't be using them.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! My wife and I used Pinkys as a pack only service, agreed upon a price of $500 to pack and load, Owner comes back an says it was $550 plus tip,( which I paid) upon arrival to my new location, his boxes had broke open and his tape job was cheap and worthless. My wife called to inform him of the issue, which he quickly got defensive and disrespected her, once he calmed down, he agreed to send us a $100 refund. After 2 months, we are still waiting for this refund. I am persuing legal action against this company for a refund and I want to warn everyone to avoid this RIP OFF! Buyer beware, this company will hold your hand for a prayer before they begin and provide you with less than christian service and respect
