On Call Computer Solutions has been maintaining the computers at our law office for over 5 years now. With 2 servers and 30 workstations our firm literally cannot afford to be without all of our machines in good working order. We decided to switch from another company to On Call primarily because of their promise of faster response times and an ability to provide expert technicians who could get the problem solved quickly. In fact, their typical response to our calls for service have been under an hour. I am happy to say that 5 years after our decision to switch we are happy that we did and would happily recommend them to any firm in need of professional computer support.

I recently brought my Compaq laptop to this shop due to multiple virus issues. My computer was slower than a snail riding a turtle. I got my computer back the next day with the viruses removed and my computer running smoothly. I definately reccomend this business for all your computer repair needs!

On Call fixed my computer immediately and the customer service made me feel so much better once I got there that my poor virus infected laptop would be OK. There flat rate in-store pricing also made me feel like I was getting a great deal and I didn't have to worry about how much it was going to cost me!
