The customer service was phenomenal. The young man explained and made different suggestions!

I wish I could give this place a lower rating in customer service category. After I spent 30min starring at the finest quality leather holsters in the store I was only eyeballed and walked past and not even acknowledged. I went up to the counter and asked "an older gentleman with grey hair" if he had a 1st GEN Angled Fore Grip made by magpul, bescause I saw many other variations of the product. Then the guy says "well if its not any of these here then...." he walked off and got a young man with reddish blonde hair who immediately knew what I was looking for and found it behind the items they had displayed behind the counter. I thanked the young man and left. The whole store is very hostile and I wolnt shop there again.. oh and the young male cashier with dark brown hair is a douchecake

I have shopped at Kevin's for years and have found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful.



The store carries a wide variety of top-quality hunting and fishing supplies. Generally, if I need something I can find it and don't have to worry about ordering from a catalogue. It is nice to be able to inspect what i am going to purchase before spending my hard-earned dollars.

I purchased a gun 2 days ago, never fired, brand new engaged the trigger lock will not disengage. Called the store for a return they will not honor a return they said we'll ship it for you. I can ship it myself. Poor customer service and OVERPRICED.. I paid 350.00 for the gun and every where else I've looked is 315.00 to 335.00.. Kevin's is way over priced. Take your business elsewhere they are ruthless and money hungry
