HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Disgusting buses and bad staff. Do yourself a favor and don't ride greyhound.

My daughter was a patron who visited this store and was totally mistreated by the ticket agent on 3/11/10 at 0500. He was very rude to her, would not provide her ticket that was paid for online initially, and when she requested to speak with the Manager he advised her he was the manager & refused to provide his name. This guy was totally out of line & I will be finally multiple complaints with their corporate office. With service like this I would never recommend Greyhound to anyone until this matter is resolved or this guy is fired. Customer service is what drives any organization and if this company does not screen or properly monitor its staff then they need to find employment somewhere else that does not involve the public setting. As a parent I'm furious because daughter has ridden the bus on numerous occasions to come home without any problems and this guy refused to serve her, refused to add a drink to her bill that she was paying for & blantanly rude.
