Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable! Clerk worked with me in finding the right size unit for my personal belongings and prices are the lowest in town!

I certainly enjoyed my stay at this facility. The rates were great, the buildings clean and the office managers, Karen and Lonnie, were very helpful and pleasant. I would recommend Budget Storage to friends and others. Thanks again! Chuck G.

I did a lot of reserach before choosing Budget Storage. I was so impressed with their units, security, and staff. I recently moved and no longer need the unit, but would highly recommend Budget Storage to anyone! The rates are great, and the people are so friendly. If I ever need a storage unit again, I'll be coming back to Budget! Thank you for wonderful service!

Subteach, I am sorry for your most recent experience that you expressed. Your Father had the unit with us for a long time. He always seemed happy at our facility and spent time visiting with us in the office. We enjoyed the time he spent storing with us.Recently, I understand you took over the payments for your Father. We strive to make our tenants’ experience very nice and most convenient. We have accepted credit card payments on occasion in the past by phone for tenants for their convenience. The day in question when you called our office, you stayed on the phone with our manager while she ran the card number that you gave her. Then you wanted to be placed on automatic credit card. After five plus attempts (you were having trouble with your fax) the manager was finally able to fax you the auto authorization form for the card. We went to this effort because your rent was due on that date and so you wouldn’t be late on your payment for that month. As I reviewed the account I saw that credit card was never run before. You called a few days later to have the payment reversed, which we did, because you said your account was overdrawn. The payment was not made for that month and a month later, on May 10th, a payment was made by a gentleman who was apparently was assigned to take over the account.

The manager is incredibly rude and incompetent. Not only did she run an unauthorized payment from my account, but she tried to turn it around and make it look like my fault. I have worked with many super storage facilities in the past, but this unfortunately is not one of them. My advice is to find a different storage facility.

I really had a great experience at Budget. Everything was clean and I felt safe and my things secure. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Didn't hurt that the prices were the best! The place I moved in for a month- the "deal/discount" was a scam!

I have had my furniture in storage for a year here and go monthly to check on my unit. Never have had a problem, tempature controlled, clean, no bugs and very secure. Would highly recommend.
