Wife made an appointment, when we arrived we were asked if we were sure etc. after enduring this for 10 minutes, they realized they hosed it up. No offer to reschedule, and couldn't even take one of us due to another appointment coming in. Never mind the fact it hosed our holiday weekend. I hope they have a healthy business as we won't be going back. I can get that kind of treatment without even trying.

Totally legit. I called late on a Thursday (8:15 pm / they close at 10 pm) and said I was 15 minutes out. Had no wait. Yuki (new girl), gave me a 10 minute body wash followed by a 70 minute, great massage all for $80. I left an extra $40 tip on the table, I was so please. The place was clean. Yuki was beautiful and professional.
