We bought a new system from Smith & Wesson. This is our third home alarm system. The guys did a great and professional job and we could see the quality of the installcompared to the other two alarm system we had installed.They were honest and did not pressure us. We did shop around but after seeing what was offered to us by the other companies. We new they were the company to go with. They might not have the name or recognition that some companies in town do. But once you meet the owner you can tell he has been in the alarm business for a very long time. He really knows his stuff . The reason I am writing this review is we had an attempted break in. They suggested that we should have installed two glass breaks. We did not. I called Joe and told him what happened .He sent out a technician with in a couple of hours to install the glass breaks. I called back a couple of days later to pay him for the glass breaks .He told me there was no charge. He just wanted my family safe.
