I just moved out of there & anyone contemplating moving in there BEWARE!!! What the very rude manager Mindy does is makes tenants moving out pay for normal wear & tear out of their deposits. I left the unit 100% immaculate & I have witnesses. 2 weeks after moving in I filled out a move in sheet to indicate existing damage. Of course I still had boxes up to the ceiling in every room so it was hard to see everything. Shortly after filling out the form that had a short deadline, I noticed one mini blind had some dents so I wrote it up & turned it in. It was hardly noticeable so of course they wouldnt replace them for that anyway. When I moved out she charged my deposits for the dents & accused my cats of doing it. I SWARE ON MY LIFE THEY DID NOT DO THAT. They are older well behaved cats & they have never done that. She knew it was that way before I moved in & probably charged the previous tenant & then didn't replace them. Then if the next tenant doesn't notice it before the short deadline she charges them too. She also charged my deposits for normal wear & tear to a moulding piece that was not even there when I moved in. I had to ask maintenance to replace it after I moved in & they did the best they could. Now I move & she charges my deposits for that piece??? She charged me $146 to shampoo my carpets thet were also spotless. I had Large area rugs on top of the carpeting do they really stsyed clean. Plus she charged me for many little normal wear & tear items till she mysteriously reached $250 when she added it all up. Hum? Sounds premeditated & it was. That is what she does to pay for their normal wear & tear. If anyone reading this knew me & ever came to my apartment, they would know I keep am immaculate home because of OCD reasons I have to keep things perfect & I do!!! She is very evil. The washer & dryer never work right. The faucets are old & hard to turn on & off yet they refuse to replace them when they cant fix them. They let tenants allow their big dogs to walk freely & bark at you which is scary. It is also very noisy. Before choosing to move she allowed meth users to live below me & wouldn't deal with all the odor issues from that. YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU MOVE IN THERE.
