Provided by SuperpagesThey do not follow the oklahoma state tenant laws. Try to evict you fast make charges that make no sense whatsover and if you ask any lawyer in tahlequah they have been sued quite a few times. They prefer international students can't help but wonder if it's because they don't fully understand state laws. if they try to evict you in less then 30 days remember that it is illegal people for monthly renters

Provided by SuperpagesThe landlord is hateful, the rules are ridiculous, and the amount you pay for the space you get is ludacris. I scrubbed and cleaned my apartment after I moved out and got maybe a third of my deposit back. Its great that its close to NSU's campus, but the bad definately outways the good.

Provided by SuperpagesThe manager is one of the most unfriendly people I have ever met. My apartment was spotless when I moved out, yet I got next to none of my deposit back. The rules are close to a military school. and there is a pool that no one is allowed to swim in.

Provided by SuperpagesManagement could be improved. As far as deposit, hard to get full refund. Apartment was cleaner when moved out then when moved in. Still held part of deposit.
