Worst experience I have ever had with anyone. They don't care about their tenants and I doubt they run background checks on applicants. During the 4 months I was there, I saw people move in and out constantly. Walls are paper thin and you can literally hear entire conversations or "activities" your neighbor is having. The apartments have been "remodeled" to make them aesthetically pleasing but it's still a very old building with loud, creaky upstairs floors. Parking was always an issue with not enough parking outside of apartments (they do not assign parking spots) and I often had to park my car elsewhere and was then unable to keep an eye on it. I had other personal issues with my neighbor and when I addressed it with the landlord he claimed there was nothing he could do since they were under an old contract before he took over the apartment complex. I understand this, but the way he handled the drawn-out situation is why I say they don't care about their tenants. He and his wife were belittling and never once offered to move me to a different unit being that I had a 1 year contract. They went as far as to accuse me for the flea infestation that persisted throughout the 4 months I was there, although it was evident that my neighbor with 3 loud, neglected dogs was the problem. They claimed I was bringing the fleas from my weekends with family and my dogs in Tulsa. All I can say is that I have not had ANY issues at all since I have moved out of that nightmare of an apartment complex and my furniture and wonderful new apartment have been flea free for the past 3 months.

This used to be a nice, friendly place to live. After the original landlord passed away, the new one has absolutely no standards for who they let live here and seems to be letting any old scum move in. If you like to hang out with thugs, rednecks, and LOVE dog feces all over the place, look no further.
