I recently took a tablet to have the screen replaced. The screen was not aligned right with the button at the bottom on the front of the tablet. Also, there is a terrible glue job that you can see behind the screen when its lit up leaving a cloud look to the center of the screen. When I went to pick it up, the guy showed me the bad job he had done, and was going to charge me again to re-do the job. I got my tablet and left with it. I will never take anything back to this place for any reason.

HORRIBLE! Horrible attitudes. Horrible filth. Horrible service!The place smells like wet dog & weed!They lost most of my files! Didnt fix the problem & treated me awfull!I wouldnt go back & let them work on my calculator!Ther other repair places that are much more professional!!!

The place wreaks of cigarette smoke and is pretty filthy. The technician/owner is incredibly rude....almost bi-polar-like. I asked to see the recovered files (which he burned onto a CD) from my bugged laptop, on his computer. He was SOOOOO offended and yelled at me in front of his other customers! Excuse me for making sure I'm getting for what I pay for! After examining the CD,to my surprise, he did not recover 50% of from the laptop. I advised him that I would come back when the CD was completed and he rolled his eyes at me! I wish I would have gone elsewhere!

The owner operator is very skilled as such that he is the most reliable computer tech in the county of cherokee i would not go anywhere els i live in tahlequah and the other store contain (dum) people
