friendly helpful and fair only brokered twice with them gold they were very fair i will say they don't deal in electronics example laptops and game consoles but what i loved about them is they actually shorted me 20 $ and i didn't notice they called all the phone numbers i left to have me come back and collect what i was owed rare in this day in age right but definitely worth a try if your in need of quick cash and have tools guns or gold hope this helps
