i called this company to get information and to see if they carried a certain line of nutrients and the lady who answers the phone was so rude, i don't know if she thought i just wanted some free information and that i was not going to potentially buy supplies from her store, but she wouldn't give me the time of day. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE

This place has know business saying they are the best priced and best customer service in Tacoma. Terry the owner is a real flake and he doesn't stand behind his word nor does he really care about you like he says. I have had several bad experiences there and now i am happy going to another place like Indoor Garden Depot. Terry doesn't even stand behind his products. Don't let any items that you purchase from there go bad because he will says its your fault and you will be stuck paying for replacement items even though they are under warrantee. PLEASE DON'T GO HERE IF YOU KNOW WHATS BEST FOR YOU!!!!!!!
