I first took my car to Larry's Shell on 19th Street (Big Mistake) because I did not pass emissions and they told me it was two things (wires needed to be replaced and cleaned 245.00). I am a single mother and I knew that if 150.00 was spent I could get a waiver, so I had half the work done and I passed emissions. I was worried about my cars performance so, I went back in two weeks and had the other half done. I though the car would run perfect . . . it ran worse than ever. After two more weeks the yellow light came back on, so once again I take the car back to Larry's, he charges me 50.00 bucks to look at it and tells me now it needs a fuel injection cleaning (130.00). WHAT!!! I could see the writing on the wall, this place is a scam and just out for my money, not to fix my car the way it should be done.I took my car to Center Street Auto Repair and the first thing he does is check my fluid levels and wow, I was out of transmission fluid. Gary filled it up and only charged me 9.00!!! Why didn't Larry's Shell figure that one out??? If it happened to me it will happen to you. Dont assume these guys are out to help you, they are out to pad their wallets with your hard earned money, they know you need your car and want to make you desperate for a solution to your car worries. Larry's Shell is not the solution.The Solution is to go to where the repairs are guaranteed and you treated with Respect and Honesty . . . Center Street Auto Repair is the Perfect Shop, repairs are done properly the first time. Thank goodness for Gary!!

We have used Larry's for years with good service. But recently their level of service has gone way done hill. They don't seem to know what they are doing, example: you take your vehicle in to repair a carburator issue, after 3 trips it still doesn't work right. Then they get angry with you for bringing it back. Don't use this garage find another one.

Great customer service and reasonable low prices with high quality work! Thanks so much, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Highly recommended!
